Arrival
You can usually settle into your room from 2 pm.

Departure
It will come too soon, but when it’s time: please leave your room by 11 am so that we can make sure everything is ready for the next guest. If you wish to depart later, please enquire at the reception desk if this is possible.

Bathrobe walkway
The bathrobe walkway conveniently gets you directly to the hot springs "THERMAL BATH ROTTAL and VITARIUM" with their curative water surface spanning 2,800 m² and 31 (!) internal and external pools with a permanent temperature of 28 °C to 40 °C.

Bath robes
We will lend you a bath robe for the entire duration of your stay at HOTEL HOFMARK. Pick up the bathrobe in your size from the reception desk at any time.

Television
Naturally, each of our rooms has a flat-screen TV. You can choose among 25 different channels.

Dog
Dogs are permitted in certain rooms upon request. Please inform us when you make the reservation. Please also consider the other guests who may not be accustomed to dogs or who may even be scared of them. For this reason, we ask you to always keep your four-legged friend on a leach in and around the hotel. Our Restaurant and the hotel bar are off limits to dogs. The leach is mandatory in the cure park and in the Bad Birnbach area.

Internet/Wi-Fi
Checking on important e-mails or simply catching up on what’s happening in the world - no problem. We offer a guest computer in the game room and the usage is of course free of charge. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with a Wi-Fi connection. You can receive your Wi-Fi ticket free of charge at the reception desk.

Non-smoking law
Due to the non-smoking law applicable in Bavaria, smoking is prohibited in all rooms and on the entire hotel premises.

Parking space - underground car park
Reserved parking spaces (signs Kurhotel Hofmark) are located above the hotel. To provide you as our house guests with free usage of the parking spaces and the usage of the underground car park (€ 3.50 per day), we will provide you with authorisation vouchers at our reception desk. Parking in front of the hotel is only allowed for the purpose of loading and unloading.
